Hi! I’m Lizzie, your friendly community designer.☻
I build product
communities where customers become collaborators.
I create spaces—digital and IRL—where customers learn, collaborate, and grow. Currently, I'm Senior Community Manager at Semrush, building their Ambassador and customer events program. My work lives at the intersection of design, advocacy, and education, helping brands bring their users closer and empowering those users to lead.
Here’s what I do well
Ambassador & Advocacy Programs
Turn your power users into co-creators. I design frameworks that give customers purpose through beta testing, product feedback, content creation, advisory boards and peer support. Ambassadors become trusted voices who shape your roadmap and champion your brand.
Customer-Led Meetups & Events
Scale community through local hosts. I build global event strategies that empower customers to gather, teach, and connect in their own cities. Because the best events feel grassroots, not overly corporate.
Digital Community Spaces
Create places your customers actually want to show up. I design online communities (Slack, forums, member hubs) where customers help each other solve problems, share knowledge, and build lasting relationships with your product and each other.
Customer Education & Learning
Help users teach users. I develop workshops, roundtables, expert sessions, and peer learning programs that deepen product adoption. When customers learn from practitioners, not just your team, they stay longer and go deeper.
That design lens shapes everything I build—programs that feel structured yet warm, experiences that scale with intention, and communities where customers become co-creators.
Over the past decade, I've launched Ambassador programs, scaled global meetup networks (350 events in one year at ADPList), and built online product communities that empower customers to connect, learn, and succeed together.
